Welcome to a new semester of SiBBs!

SiBBs is a seminar course designed to challenge students to expand their intellectual horizons by interacting intensively with visiting and resident faculty and their fellow students. Students are in charge: they identify and invite speakers, arrange and host their visit (with logistic and financial support from PiBBs), introduce the visiting speaker and moderate the discussion.

Responsibilities for enrolled graduate students: a) suggest and host a speaker (read more about this here), b) read at least one paper on the week's speaker, c) post 1 or more comments or questions about each week's speaker, d) engage the speaker during the class/discussion, and d) sign up and meet with most (e.g., ~75%) of the invited speakers.
